About video fails

If the video does not play correctly, check that the video can be opened in other applications, the player uses the web browser API. So MKV files are not supported by the player itself, but in order for the player to run the files, it reads them as mp4 and so you can view the mkv files in the player.

However, if the video looks dark or does not play the audio, it is likely that the video is not well encoded, I tested the player with several mkv / mp4 files and did not have any problems. I am aware of this problem, and I don’t have a solution, as it is a problem that I can’t reproduce on my side. That’s why I always recommend confirming if the video can be played in other players, usually if it looks black or the audio fails, it may be due to how the video is encoded.

In such a case, if the video looks correct in another application, try converting the file to mp4 using this tool and try again in the player.
